100% grass fed in the Animas Valley on our certified organic pastures.

Loin Chops

$28.00 per lb.  4 chops per package.  Packages average 3/4 lb.

Rib Chops

$25.00 per lb  4 chops per package.  Packages average 3/4 lb.

Rack of Lamb

$28.00 per lb.  Packages average 1.5 lb.

Sirloin Chops

$24.00 per lb.  2 chops per package.  Average package  3/4 lb.

Shank 1/2 leg Roast

$15.00 per lb.  Roasts average 3 lbs.

Leg of Lamb

$15.00 per lb.  Legs average 5 lbs.

Shoulder Roast

$14.00 per lb.  Roasts average 1 - 2 lbs.

Ground Lamb

$18.00 per lb.  Packages are 1 lb.

Shanks

$14.00 per lb.  2 shanks per package.  1 - 2 lb. packages

Stew Meat (neck)

$10.00 per lb.    Packages average 1.25 lbs.

Ribs & Riblets
