Green grass and nutrient dense soil

All this rain has made our pastures stunningly green this year. Our Churro sheep are living large and eating well. Regenerative and sustainable farming really works. Rotating our sheep every day to new pasture has made our

soil and plants just get better every year. We have over 400 sheep now and will have whole lamb to purchase all year round. You can't get better meat than grass fed lamb in the Animas Valley. The next best thing to wild salmon is lamb stew. Actually it is better.
